Daddy's Home!!

After a little over a week of Bruce traveling for work, we were very excited to have him back home. One of the kids favorite things about Bruce traveling, is getting to pick him up at the airport. Here are some pictures from the airport:

Another favorite thing to do...bring Dad's luggage out to the car:

Once home, they LOVE helping him unpack (to see if they find anything for them). Here's Jenna discovering her Panda bear (in pink of course):
Andrew got a remote control helicopter:
Daddy & Andrew testing out the Helicopter (not sure who was more excited):
Helicopter in flight:

The Helicopter is still a big hit, and Andrew is getting really good at flying it. It will be fun this summer to see how high it can go outside. Jenna loves her Panda, and looks adorable in the little silk dress that Daddy brought home for her. Happiest of all about Bruce returning was Sadie. I don't think she liked that she had to wait for me to get downstairs w/ the kids before feeding her since that was typically an hour later than when Bruce would feed her (he feeds her 1st thing in the morning)!

Wrestling

This year for his winter activity, Andrew is in wrestling. He had his first tournament in January and had a lot of fun. We've enjoyed watching him learn the various wrestling moves, and I think it's been good for him too :-) Here are some pictures of Andrew at the tournament. As you can see he was very excited, and spent the whole day smiling.

Even after a long day, he was still all smiles, and still as proud as ever:

We had a very, very busy day with Andrew's 1st wrestling tourney, a shower for Larissa, and Bruce traveling for work. Grandpa Vern came up and helped at the wrestling tournament and made sure our little wrestler was well taken care of complete with ice cream as a treat afterwards (yum!). Grandma Lila & Katelyn helped with the shower so Jenna and I could watch Andrew wrestle 2 out of his 3 matches. Jenna was such a proud little sister...she was quite the cheerleader at the tournament, and loved helping Auntie Larissa open all the gifts.
